Gone are the days when brands and businesses tried to steer as clear of any association with LGBT as possible. Inclusive marketing has become one of the tools to elevate a brand and is becoming more and more valuable to marketers all around the world.

Microsoft

Microsoft acquires a Corporate Equality Index of 100% and is one of the best workplaces for LGBT individuals. In this adorable ad, a lesbian couple is seen kissing in front of the Town Hall in what appears to be their wedding.

Google

The Tech Giant advertises their line of product for businesses via one of the very few ads featuring transgendered individuals.

Honey maid

With the message "This is wholesome", this ad includes cuts from various families with one thing in common: they are happy and complete. One of the families is made up of two dads.

Coca cola

Cocacola’s Super Bowl ad has a cut of two fathers roller-skating with their daughter (at 00:42) and moved viewers to tears

AXE

This photo was posted on AXE’s Facebook fanpage and gained them 1344 comments, 237 shares and 5878 likes.

Chobani

The Greek yoghurt brand used this serene, mellow ad in their “Love This Life” campaign earlier this year. *Spoiler alert!!!* It ends with a very sexy twist.

Allstate

With this short and sweet print ad, insurance corporation Allstate declares that LGBT individuals should be able to show PDA without fear.

When we first launched our project “Equal Office” at Viet Pride, the majority of feedback we received was about being excluded from all cross-marketing efforts. Companies wanted to take part in the betterment of LGBT lives, but did not want their consumers to know about it. They did not want to be associated with LGBT in any way.

Hopefully, within the next few years, Vietnamese brands will have caught up with pioneering brands all over the world and will join the fight for equality.
