Red Over Rainbow is a documentary featuring voices of members of the LGBT community in Vietnam along side with the development of the nascent LGBT Pride in Hanoi, at the time when the same-sex marriage bill was being considered at the Vietnamese National Assembly. The film project started in early 2013 and came to completion in early 2014. The premiere took place on Friday, August 01, 2014 at the Viet Pride 2014 Opening ceremony at the Goethe Institute. Since then, Red Over Rainbow has been shown at various venues around the world, such as the University of Hawaii, non-profit events in Copenhagen, Canadian Embassy in Hanoi.
